The gallery paid a record price for this in 1980, and from what I've read people have argued ever since about whether it's really his at all — the museum says yes, the doubters have never let it go.
Erisava: Everything in here glows like it's lit for a film. Even the betrayal looks expensive.

The candles in this one apparently weren't just decorative — real ones were meant to burn in front of it, so the painted flames would blur together with the real light in a dim room.
Erisava: Those two heads seem out of place. Why are they crammed in on the sides?
